PARS Continues to Grow in Connecticut
PARS is excited to introduce the newest member of our Connecticut team, Edward Hoyt.
Ed has over 35 years of experience working in Connecticut public education and human services and most recently served as the Business Administrator for Orange and Canton Public Schools and Plainville Community Schools.
Serving as a Consultant, Ed will work alongside our Connecticut school districts in the consulting, analysis, design, communication, and implementation of locally controlled voluntary retirement/separation incentives.
I have seen first-hand the fiscal struggles that school districts in Connecticut are facing. As a result, I am thrilled to bring PARS’ specialized expertise and experience to Connecticut schools to help them save dollars and manage their workforce during difficult times.
Upcoming CASBO Vendor Day and CASBO Annual Institute
Ed and other members of the PARS team will be exhibiting at the upcoming CASBO Vendor Day at the Aqua Turf in Southington on April 26th and will also be a business sponsor of the CASBO Annual Institute May 30-June 1.
