As the direct liaison
between Public Agency Clients and PARS, our Client Services
Coordinators assist agencies in California, Nevada and Texas by
coordinating the establishment of new plans and ensuring that plans
are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Their
goal is that clients be completely satisfied with their PARS
products and the services they are receiving.

Faith Hermann

Faith brings to
PARS more than 13 years of experience
from prior positions in Project Management, Client Services
and Sales with local and international clients. She is
our primary Client Services Coordinator for Texas and works
with California and Nevada clients as well.

Veronica Martinez, CEBS

Veronica has
served PARS clients since 1999. She is a UCLA graduate with a BS in Physiological Science and
has earned a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
designation from the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee
Benefit Plans.

Lauren Muschetto, MBA
Client Services Coordinator

Lauren joined PARS in January of
2009 as a Client Services Coordinator. She came to PARS with
over ten years of customer service experience in various
private sector industries. Lauren holds an M.B.A. from National University
and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from the University of
California, Irvine.
