Welcome to the RESOURCE CENTER. This portion of the PARS website is intended to provide you with up-to-date information and resources related to legislative and regulatory events. Here you will be able to find our monthly “Legislative Alert” and quarterly “Agency Watch” publications. These publications detail recent changes in legislation at the State level and regulatory changes at the Federal level.
