OUR MILESTONES

1984: Founded company and launched Voluntary Retirement/Separation Incentive program

1990: Developed the first tax-qualified Social Security Alternative Plan

2006: Became the first provider in the nation to receive an IRS Private Letter Ruling for our multiple employer Section 115 OPEB Trust to reduce retiree healthcare liabilities

2015: Received the first ever IRS Private Letter Ruling for a combination trust for prefunding both OPEB and pension liabilities in the same Section 115 Trust

2024: Accomplished 40 years of serving public agency clients with 2,000+ plans administered since inception
